The Speaker’s Bureau consists of volunteers willing to speak on various coal-related topics. Volunteers include miners, mining engineers, geologists, industry officials, and college professors from around the state. Teachers please make requests directly to a volunteer of the Bureau. An educational kit is provided to each volunteer consisting of a sample presentation about the Kentucky coal industry, a Coal Facts Book, a Coal Education brochure, coal samples, Energy Geography Electricity Map, and possibly the KET video. |
